About the Opportunity
As a Digital and Media Marketing Manager you will be a part of the Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Northern and Southern Europe team. You will be responsible for providing best in-class support to zone brand marketing teams on the following topics: Supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns, owned asset upgrade and new built; Being a digital content expert to brand marketing teams in developing fit for digital, owned digital assets; Bringing rigorous analytical measurement to digital marketing campaigns and owned asset performance measurement to enable the development of best-in-class digital consumer.

Key responsibilities
Briefing and Execution
· Work with internal and external partners to ensure proper campaign set-up, and audit campaign setup to ensure accuracy and support ongoing optimization against key success KPI and learning agenda, enforce reporting, and escalate issues as they arise
· Prescribe best in class content and formatting according to the campaign objectives and delivery (DBM, Facebook, YouTube…)
· Data
· Assess performance of audience targeting approaches to inform development of an analytically driven data strategy to maximize campaign performance
· Establish data partnerships with high-value vendors to grow data pool aligned with high value targets
· Work hand-in-hand with brand marketing teams to translate existing consumer segmentation into a playbook of proven digital data sources to activate data-driven channels
· Manage performance keywords on search to grow and refine search strategy
· Measurement
· Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to define key success KPIs for digital marketing campaigns
· Analyse data performance across campaigns and support their optimization to drive performance
· Analyse sales and media data to connect performance of media campaigns to sales input
· Define and rigorously measure KPIs for digital campaigns and initiatives that are linked to business goals and marketing objectives
· Catalogue ongoing learnings as they arise to help establish internal benchmarks, campaign playbooks to be leveraged across brands and categories
· Document learnings and educate broader organization as a “player coach” on precision marketing tactics to reinforce data-driven culture
· Drive transparency with agency stakeholders to gain access to key reporting systems, define analytical approaches, and share insights as inputs to drive best in class media planning and campaign development
· Owned asset
· Drive at high level the content requirements for website, with content architecture, Mobility requirements, UX, SEO and analytics implementation, ensuring full consumer centricity of solution
· Drive the implementation of web solution by partners by monitoring project progress; examining, researching, and resolving issues; escalating issues to appropriate authority; responding to team members' concerns; coordinating requirements with interested departments or vendors. Manages the quality web solution with test plans; project maintenance setup and documentation
· Provides program status by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends on different projects and suggest improvement in process of managing web assets
· Makes sure that program is delivered while matching costs standards and timing plan standards
· Consistently coach and upskill brand marketing teams, BOS and ITS in web asset development, and execution best practices to ensure best in class assets
About You
To excel in this role you will need to have:
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
· Area of specialization: Marketing, Quantitative field, e.g. statistics, engineering, quantitative finance or computer science 5-7 recent years in top tier digital advertising; at least 2 years of focused experience planning and/or executing programmatic campaigns (e.g., 2 years working as trading desk specialist)
· Expert from performance digital marketing agency, independent trading desks, or account manager at Ad Tech companies
· Deep understanding of digital lead generation and brand building techniques using Search, Social and Programmatic (e.g. Targeting, content and creatives for programmatic and Social, SEO and SEM)
· Certification in or extensive hands-n experience with Direct experience with key Ad Tech platforms such as AdWords, Google Analytics, Demand Side Platforms (DSP), and DMPs
· Deep experience translating strategic business objectives into consumer-centric engagement tactics and proving those out
· Significant experience communicating technical material to range of audiences, including brands, corporate leadership, technology partners, and agencies
· Strong project management skills (e.g., building & rigorously tracking work plan)
· Ability to drive initiative through cultural norms to achieve goal
· Deep understanding and appreciation for achievement of Business goals and marketing objectives such as Revenue & Product Contribution, ROI and Trial, Retention and Loyalty
