About the opportunity

Being a leader on the Consumer Healthcare market we in Sanofi CHC CZ-SK want to further enhance our digital marketing presence and performance. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to plan and orchestrate our digital activities supporting our growth in Czech Republic and Slovakia in cooperation with brand marketing and e-commerce teams.

The Sanofi CHC Digital Marketing Manager will serve as the driving force for all CHC digital activities in market, championing and activating Sanofi CHC’s digital strategy.

Reporting through to the CHC Marketing Head, the Digital Marketing Manager will own digital strategy development, relationship management of Agency partner(s), activation steps to drive sales growth, through digital activation and cross-functional coordination to accelerate digital activity.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital with a desire to drive rapid and sustained brand growth through activating this channel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Lead Sanofi CHC digital strategy and digital investment allocation & monitoring
·  Drive excellence in execution of digital campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and eCommerce teams
·  Ensure delivery & instant monitoring of campaigns, delivery of agreed KPIs & drive optimisation
·  Drive knowledge transfer of digital best practice within Sanofi CHC
·  Drive continuous learning agenda in digital area of whole marketing team
·  Foster and drive development and acceleration of innovative & disruptive digital marketing channels in the country
·  Collaborate with Global Digital Excellence team & other Digital Mktg Managers in the region to ensure knowledge transfer as well as consistency with Global Digital Strategy and global standards of execution
·  Market Intelligence - Maintain constant touch with the market to understand digital strategies and retail trends or competitor activities in order to observe and evaluate execution of plans of competition

REQUIREMENTS:

·  BSc or MSc degree, preferably in Marketing or equivalent of experience and education
·  Minimum 3-5 years digital marketing experience
·  Profound knowledge of digital & web analytics, digital consumer journey and path to purchase
·  Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script as well as latest digital advertising trends
·  Profound experience in project managment, experience in driving cross departmental projects
·  Strategic, conceptual, analytical thinking
·  Result oriented
·  Daring & problem-solving attitude, innovative thinking
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Creative mind-set and self-motivated
