Job description
Purpose of this role :
Reporting to Customer Experience & Business Manager, the incumbent is to orchestrate face-to-face and digital engagement journey with wide coverage of Health Care Professionals beyond classic territories. Share of Voice Focus via remote detailing with relevant, value-added and customer-centric contents and services that HCPs want according to their persona
Key responsibilities and Tasks :
· Utilise all brand materials and omnichannel engagement platform for an improved customer experience
· Conduct all digital and remote engagement in alignment with the omnichannel customer journey blueprint
· Apply knowledge of all promoted products, key competitor products, major clinical trials and clinical disease states
· Achieve sales targets while operating within the confines of company policies, approved budget and promotional programs.
· Monitor sales performance regularly and continually analyse opportunities for existing and potential business with the defined territory and recommend appropriate engagement plan
About you
Requirements :
· Bachelor’s degree from any discipline (Science or Pharmaceutical-related is a plus)
· 1-3 Years of Pharmaceutical sales experience / Customer Development - Account Management/ Marketing experience
· Digital Marketing / eCOM experience is a definite plus
· Data & Insights - ability to source, identify and convert data into insights, driving actions.
· Innovation - curiosity, customer obsession and white space / new revenue streams focus.
· Team Player, and the ability to move with speed, experiment and learn with growth mindset.
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
· Active listening and retaining information skills
· Demonstrate high level of comfort and confidence to discuss and engage, handle rejection and objection with customers via phone and digital platforms
· IT literate and familiarity with CRM system and digital platforms
· Minimal travel expected (internal meeting)
