About the job

Our Team:

We are looking for 3 Brand Managers (for 3 different brands) who will implement brand marketing strategies, activate the brand across touch points to deliver brand growth and to drive innovation. You will work in strong collaboration with cross functional teams (customer, growth performance, medical, regulatory, etc.) and global teams encouraging the development of Sanofi strategy.

Main responsibilities:

·  Contribute to development of annual brand/business plans, understand key drivers and success factors for their achievement
·  Ensure execution of new product launches and coordination with related departments
·  Contribute to Sales cycle planning (new launches, media & campaign plan)
·  Responsible for detailed market analysis on a permanent basis - clear interpretation & recommended actions, together with implementation, control and evaluation
·  Responsible for regular P&L monitoring
·  Work closely with zone/regional/global colleagues on planning and other centrally coordinated projects
·  Work closely with regulatory department on activities to avoid regulatory and legal issues
·  Keep regular contact with advertising, media and PR agencies, ensure their activities are managed and coordinated

About you

Experience:

·  Several years of experience in marketing field
·  Experience in OTC/FMCG companies with proven track record in marketing positions a plus

·  Team spirit, persuasiveness & influence, highly collaborative with all cross functional partners

Education:

·  University education, Business or scientific

Languages:

·  English – advanced level and fluent Romanian speaker
