We are offering a fixed-term contract for one year, with the possibility of extension. This role, focused on the Cough category, is ideal for consumer-oriented, performance-driven, communicative, and analytical candidates who are passionate about Consumer Healthcare. We are seeking individuals who aspire to contribute to driving short and mid-term executional excellence, with the ultimate goal of making Sanofi Consumer Health the premier Fast Moving Consumer Healthcare company worldwide.

Based in Belgium, this position is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and international team. You will collaborate closely with the Western Europe Brand Manager and engage with the Western Europe Zone team. Additionally, the role involves working in tandem with key functions in Belgium, including Sales, Shopper, Performance, Innovation, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply. Join us in shaping the future of Consumer Healthcare and contributing to our mission to become the leading global FMCG healthcare company.
Main responsibilities of the role:
1/ Support developing & implementing consumer campaigns

Support in the development of creativities (TV, Digital etc.) & promotional materials (Project management: retro timing, briefing, rounds of feedbacks) and adapt them to the needs of the different markets

Supervision (download, changes, approval) of promotional materials in local and Health Authorities systems
2/ Tracking & Analysis of sales
·
Tracking & Analysis of the market & competition
·
Tracking & Analysis of the media plans
·
Tracking and analysis of promotional actions
3/ Participation in sales meetings
·
Define key messages, create presentations, and be able to present during the meeting
4/ Build Transversal and External Relationships
·
Build working relationships with key local stakeholders and agencies developing a strong knowledge of market and business needs and ensuring clarity in communication
About you
·
You have recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration , or a related field, highlighting your passion for brand activation and sales support.
·
Fluent in Dutch and/or French , you possess a knack for effective communication in English.
·
You bring enthusiasm and fresh perspectives gained from internship or initial work experiences , ideally in brand activation or sales support within dynamic environments.
·
With a genuine interest in brands , particularly within the fast-paced and exciting realms of FMCG or consumer healthcare , you are poised to contribute your unique insights.

Your ability to exhibit adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to making a meaningful impact in a collaborative team setting sets you apart.
