Job Description

Support the Continuous Improvement (CI) team to ensure the achievement of the major goals:

· 
Lead Human Factors program including but not limited to awareness, risks reduction, KPI and monitoring

· 
Manage Innovation Participative and Poka Yoke

· 
Support standardization of our CI practices between WB and Carbon

· 
Drive digitalization of the CI department

· 
Participate in One Safran and Kaizen projects

· 
Support departments adopting 5S

· 
Manage FOD program
