Job Description

The Director of Engineering and Maintenance will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of engineering and maintenance processes necessary for the production of high-precision lavatories and kitchens for the aviation industry. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, and technological innovation, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. A postgraduate degree in a related area is an advantage.

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in engineering and maintenance roles within the aviation sector or precision manufacturing.

• Advanced knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and manufacturing technologies.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills.

• Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations.
