Candidate skills & requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 3–5 years in production scheduling, preferably in aerospace or advanced manufacturing.

Technical Skills:
·
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
·
Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
·
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
·
Certifications: APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) preferred.
·
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
