You'll be at the forefront of ensuring quality and compliance for our landing gear components. From LRUs and sub-assemblies to complete MLGs, your expertise will guarantee that every product meets the highest standards. Working within a collaborative team, you'll manage inspections from initial documentation through to EASA sign-off—helping us deliver excellence every time.

What you'll be doing

• Inspect key products to confirm compliance with specifications and quality standards.

• Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Evaluate and resolve non-conformities using sound technical judgment.

• Support production schedules while maintaining rigorous quality standards.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce repeat non-conformances.

Candidate skills & requirements

What you'll bring

• Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline, plus extensive inspection experience.

• Strong knowledge of quality systems and problem-solving techniques.

• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with confidence.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to coach and support others.

• Adaptability and flexibility to work across multiple shift patterns, including weekends.
