Work Experience Placement - Finance

This work experience opportunity is aimed at students aged 14-18 who are in full-time or part-time education and would like to gain experience in an aerospace environment.

Placements are one week in duration and based at Safran Landing Systems in Gloucester. We are only able to support work experience placements between March and August 2027.

Join our work experience programme and gain valuable insight into careers within the aerospace industry while working alongside experienced professionals. During your placement, you will see first-hand how different teams contribute to the success of a global organisation.

What will you experience?

Finance

Gain an insight into how the Finance team supports a global aerospace business. Learn about activities such as processing invoices, maintaining financial records, supporting budgeting activities and analysing data. You will develop valuable workplace skills including teamwork, communication, problem-solving and attention to detail while working alongside experienced finance professionals and gaining an understanding of how financial processes help support business success.
