Job description
Manufacture the wire bundles according to SEP quality standard
• Manufacture the wire bundles according to the standard time defined
• Actively Participate in continuous improvement projects
• Support any extraordinary demands requested by the customer
• Perform wire bundle manufacturing to fulfill SEPI internal manufacturing delivery schedule
• Perform as required the following processes per SEPI quality requirements:
• Solder sleeves
• Crimping
• Insertion
• Closing
• Routing
• Special processes
• Etc.

Ability to pass manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination tests.
• Ability to pass language and applied math tests.
• Ability to self-inspect work utilizing strong attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret detailed specifications and instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to use measuring instruments.
• Basic computer skills including but not limited to navigating systems using a
keyboard/mouse/barcode scanner.
• Must be able to read instructions in English
