Job description
Key responsibilities
Design support: Assist in creating and modifying 2D drawings and 3D layouts for wiring harnesses using software like Capital Harness XC for Airbus programs
Documentation: Help prepare Bill of Materials (BOMs) and other necessary engineering documentation.
Proto-build support: Provide assistance for proto-build activities to ensure a smooth transition from design to production.
Data management: Assist in managing engineering data, including part files and drawings.
Problem-solving: Support the review and resolution of design issues.
Candidate skills & requirements
Required qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field is typically required.
Software proficiency: Familiarity with Capital Harness software, such as Capital Harness XC or Capital Logic, is highly beneficial.
Technical knowledge: A solid understanding of electrical schematics, circuit design, and the overall wiring harness lifecycle.
CAD skills: CAD software (like Catia) is a plus.
Soft skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with different departments.
