Job description

1． 严格按照作业指导书进行喷漆操作

2． 严格按照作业指导书进行生产，质量异常申报等

3． 认真执行产品质量检（尺寸，外观），保证合格产品流到下道工序

4． 按照生产节拍（标准时间）进行生产，保证生产产量

5． 认证执行每天的设备自检（AM）

6． 坚持每天的5S清洁整理，确保岗位整洁

7． 每天检查工位所用的量具、工装、消耗品、化学品等生产用品

8． 遵守公司安全作业要求，正确穿戴个人劳保用品

9． 执行主管指派的其他任务

Candidate skills & requirements

1． 有1-2年喷漆操作经验，熟练掌握喷漆工艺流程

2． 熟悉喷枪、喷房等设备的操作与日常维护

3． 工作认真负责，注重细节，有较强的质量意识

4． 能上三班, 吃苦耐劳，工作主动

5． 高中/中专以上学历，有机械加工背景者佳

6． 愿意学习喷漆岗位，动手能力强，吃苦耐劳者也可考虑
