Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION 岗位描述：

1．Carry out component inspection by FPI method;

通过荧光渗透的方法，执行工件检测；

2．Strictly carry out production operations in accordance with the manufacturing instruction;

严格按照作业指导书进行生产和操作；

3．Strictly follow the company's quality standards for production, authorized production and DA declaration, etc;

严格按照公司质量规范进行生产，授权生产，DA 申报等等；

4．Carefully carry out product defect inspection to ensure that qualified products flow to the next process;

认真执行产品缺陷检测，保证合格产品流到下个工序；

5．Produce according to the takt time (standard time) to ensure production output;

按照生产节拍（标准时间）进行生产，保证生产产量；

6．Strictly carry out regular inspections of equipment and processes to ensure the stability of the equipment and processes;

严格认真执行设备和工艺的定期点检，确保设备和工艺的稳定性；

7．Adhere to the 5S cleaning and tidying up every day;

坚持每天的5S清洁整理；

8．Inspect the inspection tools used at the workstation every day;

每天检查工位所用的检具；

9．Perform other tasks assigned by the cell leader, shift leader and supervisor.

执行组长、领班、主管指派的其他任务。

Candidate skills & requirements

·  Near vision and color perception must comply with the relevant requirements of EN4179;

近视力和辨色力需符合EN4179的相关要求；

·  Give priority to those who have experience in FPI;

有从事荧光渗透检测工作经验者优先；

·  Have some knowledge and skills in physics and chemistry;

具备一定的物理、化学相关知识和能力；

·  Have the ability to understand drawings;

具备一定的识图能力；

·  Work diligently and abide by company discipline;

工作认真，遵守公司纪律；

·  Able to work three shifts, hardworking and proactive;

能上三班, 吃苦耐劳，工作主动；

·  NDT、Welding or Mechanical Major college or above degree, outstanding polytechnic school;

无损检测、焊接或机械类专业大专及以上学历，优秀可放宽到中专学历；

·  Accept excellent college graduates in above major.

接受以上专业优秀大专应届毕业生。
