Job description

·  Strictly follow the work instructions for production inspection and operation of CMM.

严格按照作业指导书进行生产检验，操作CMM

·  Strictly follow the company's quality standard for production inspection, process quality control and DA declaration, etc.

严格按照公司质量规范进行生产检验，过程质量控制和DA 申报 等等

·  Perform product quality inspection (size, appearance) to ensure that qualified products flow to the next process.

认真执行产品质量检（尺寸，外观），保证合格产品流到下个工序

·  Produce according to the production rhythm (standard time) to ensure the production output.

按照生产节拍（标准时间）进行生产，保证生产产量

·  Certify the execution of daily equipment self-inspection (AM)

认证执行每天的设备自检（AM）

·  Adhering to the daily 5S cleaning and organizing

坚持每天的5S清洁整理

·  Checking the gages used in the work station every day.

每天检查工位所用的检具

·  Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Candidate skills & requirements

·  1-2 years of experience in the inspection of processing companies

有1-2年从事加工企业检验的经验

·  Familiar with line tolerance, familiar with the ability to read drawings and understand manufacturing process specifications

熟悉行位公差，熟悉读图及理解制造工艺规范的能力

·  Skilled in the use of various types of inspection gauges

能熟练使用各类检验量具

·  work conscientiously, abide by the company's discipline

·  able to work three shifts, hard-working, work on own initiative

·  Mechanical processing secondary school education or above
