Based at our MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) site, and as part of our Customer Services and Support team, as Customer Support Administrator, you'll work with a great and knowledgeable team. What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, providing effective day-to-day communication to both the customer and operations. This role provides the essential link between the delivery of the operational plan and the external “voice of customer” requirements.
• Act as a focal point for managing communications directly with customers
• Ensure commercial aspects of the contract are clearly understood and applied
• Generate customer quotations and invoicing in line with the company output plan and works procedures, ensuring clear and concise information is provided to the customer at all times
• Manage arrears on a day-to-day basis
• Capture the customers' expectations and preferences to ensure these customer requirements are satisfied
• Working closely with key business stakeholders (KAMs, Sales, Finance, Quality and Operations) to improve the customer service experience
• Strong continuous improvement ethic to enhance the customer experience and improve the company's processes and procedures
• Out of hours cover on a rota basis

• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. The key attributes to be successful in this role are to be enthusiastic, dedicated, highly motivated, good communicator and a strong attention to detail.
