Descripción de puesto

Provide support in the administration of the corresponding Business Unit to ensure compliance with its goals and objectives as well as those of the Company

· 
Ensure the required level of customer satisfaction through support and communication regarding on-time delivery.

· 
Serve as the primary point of contact with customers to address needs and escalations related to the business unit's performance.

· 
Consolidate and conduct detailed analyses of the business unit's key performance indicators and the actions implemented to improve them.

· 
Be responsible for generating improvement actions for the business unit based on the detailed analysis of functional results.

· 
Serve as the primary point of contact with the Engineering Change Management and Program Management teams for the operational implementation of changes or HOVs (Hours of Operational Values).

· 
Be responsible for working with the Supply Chain team to reduce the Bill of Materials costs for the business unit's products.

· 
Perform other duties inherent to the position according to the needs of the company. Purpose: To meet the established goals of the organization.

· 
Comply with safety, hygiene and environmental programs and policies, with a preventive and educational approach that allows preventing accidents and occupational diseases, improving working conditions, and reducing environmental impacts.

Perfil solicitado

EDUCATION

·  University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related to the position.

ENGLISH LEVEL

·  Advanced English.

EXPERIENCE

·  3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.

COMPUTER SKILLS

· 
ERP System.

· 
Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
