Descripción de puesto

Contribute to the senior management team in managing the business by identifying risks that could impact the business and communicate them at the S&OP meeting to develop plans to mitigate them

· 
Coordinate the S&OP process, providing leadership and guiding the alignment of functions across all supply chain departments to meet business objectives.

· 
Participate in and ensure compliance with safety projects and guidelines.

· 
Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects, considering the scope of the role.

· 
Collaborate with various departments (Finance, Planning, Operations, and Programs) to establish a regular meeting schedule for presenting and analyzing information and making team decisions for the medium and long term. This fosters a culture of alignment and execution of an integrated business planning process.

Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies by collaborating with other departments to define, select, and implement strategies to meet and exceed business goals.

Implement and/or monitor the set of KPIs associated with the S&OP process, conducting weekly and monthly reviews to facilitate decision-making.

· 
Design and manage the content of the S&OP executive board meeting, presenting the required and standardized information monthly to communicate to directors potential risks that could impact Operations, Planning, and Purchasing in relation to current and future sales plans.

· 
Influence the Planning processes to optimize customer service levels and inventory management by monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly results and implementing continuous improvement activities to maintain and increase company profits.

· 
Report results against goals and identify delivery risks with weekly and monthly reports that indicate process outcomes to mitigate potential risks affecting the production and sales plan.

· 
Perform other duties inherent to the position according to the needs of the company. Purpose: To meet the established goals of the organization.

· 
Comply with safety, hygiene and environmental programs and policies, with a preventive and educational approach that allows preventing accidents and occupational diseases, improving working conditions, and reducing environmental impacts.

Perfil solicitado

EDUCATION

·  University degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering (Supply Chain).

ENGLISH LEVEL

·  Advanced English.

EXPERIENCE

· 
3 years of experience in the Materials area.

· 
Experience in S&OP coordination (Desirable).

· 
APICS certification (Desirable).

COMPUTER SKILLS

· 
ERP/MRP systems.

· 
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
