Job description
• 3.1 Manage and monitor daily warehouse activities, including cycle counts, stock takes, and inventory audits, and verify results.
3.2 Actively participate in meetings and serve as a focal point to help resolve warehouse and supply chain issues.
3.3 Support the team to complete accurate inventory transactions in the ERP system.
3.4 Ensure effective location management in both physical storage and ERP/WMS records.
3.5 Monitor daily warehouse operations and maintain close coordination and communication with the team.
3.6 Coordinate efficient warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, issuing, staging, dispatch as applicable).
3.7 Develop and maintain work instructions for warehouse tasks.
3.8 Support the team to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices.
3.9 Measure and report the effectiveness of warehouse activities.
3.10 Drive continuous improvement using KPIs, with a primary focus on cost control and operational performance.
3.11 Maintain warehouse cleanliness and surrounding work areas for the warehouse 5S+1
3.12 Control warehouse access and ensure only authorized personnel can enter.
3.13 Ensure the warehouse team follows and implements safety rules and requirements
3.14 Run daily warehouse activities to support production priorities (receiving, put-away, storage, picking/issuing, staging, dispatch as applicable)

Warehouse Staff is responsible for daily warehouse activities to support Master Planning and Production in achieving KPIs and ensuring on-time delivery to internal and external customers
Candidate skills & requirements
4.1 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
4.2 Minimum 3 years experience in inventory control and warehousing.
4.3 Knowledge of planning processes, MRP II.
4.4 Understanding of production processes and production scheduling.
4.5 Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
4.6 Good communication skills in English.
4.7 Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure; proactive mindset required.
Advantage: Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and ISO 9001/14001
