Job description

Duties and responsibilities:

任务和职责：

• Follow manufacturing operation to assess the operation duration：align data collection plan, perform onsite measurement, summarize the results, identify opportunity of improvement, drive improvement action if possible.

跟踪车间现场的加工工时：协调数据收集计划，现场测量工时，汇总结果，识别改善机会，并予以推动。

• Assist engineer to finalize different projects like dimension chain analysis in CNC direction, KPP YB in special process direction, tooling management, electricity reduction etc.

辅助工程师完成各类改善项目，涉及到机加工方向的尺寸链分析，特种工艺方向的工艺关键参数，工具管理，节能等项目

• Shaft line （key part of engine）machining abnormal data collection and analysis (alarm, insert broken, chips, etc)

轴线(发动机核心部件)机加工过程中的异常状态的信息收集与分析（例如报警，崩刀，堵/缠屑等）

• Take part into problem analysis with quality tools like 5W, RPO, fish bone, etc.

利用相关质量工具参与到问题调查与分析过程

• Maintain process related database like tooling, program, training material, etc.

维护工艺相关的数据库，例如刀具/工具信息，程序信息，培训材料等等

• Other tasks assigned by tutor, simple tooling drawing creation etc

以及其他导师指派的任务, 例如简单的工具图纸创建等

Scope of manufacturing processes: Tooling, CNC，special process

制造工艺范畴：工具，机加工，特种工艺

Candidate skills & requirements

o Education:

教育：

o Bachelor degree or above, majoring in IE, mechanical engineering or other related

本科及以上，专业方向为工业工程，机加工和其他相关专业

o Technical skills:

技术能力：

o General knowledge related to conventional machining process

基本的传统机加工知识

o General GD&T knowledge

基本的尺寸链知识

o Tooling drawing creation skills

工具制图能力

o Other skills:

其他技能

o Good at communication, good teamwork, quality and innovation spirit

善于沟通，团队精神，质量意识，创新意识

o Good oral and written communication skills in English.

良好的英语口语和读写能力

o Good at MS office use, CATIA, Solidworks skill as a plus

良好的office软件技能, 如有CATIA, solidworks 等技能更加

o Logical thinking and skilled on problem solving tool such as RPO, 8D, 5Why and fishbone

有良好的逻辑思维能力，有利用相关质量工具解决问题的经验最佳

o Overall view and critical thinking
