If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Workflow and IT Technical Specialist at Roche's Regional Customer Support Centre (RCSC).
As a Workflow and IT Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Customer Support in the EMEA RCSC delivers the required service offering to both the
local market and designated served countries. You will handle customer and employee inquiries, troubleshoot complex issues, conduct customer and employee training, provide information and knowledge transfer, support on-site service activities, and provide business support to Sales and Marketing.
Your Key Responsibilities:
-Handle customer and employee inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.
-Identify and troubleshoot complex issues, providing technical support to field service colleagues.
-Conduct and design customer and employee training, ensuring high-quality delivery.
-Transfer important service and quality notifications, distributing them to the appropriate channels.
-Provide on-site support and troubleshooting, assisting field-based technical support and sales personnel.
-Support Sales and Marketing by providing technical expertise.
Who You Are:
You have a IT or Bioengineering education graduate and IT abilities using different IT softwares and solutions.
You are Spanish fluent speaker and with medium level of English.
Also,in soft skills, you should have excellent communication and adaptability skills, as well as critical thinking and decision-making abilities. You take ownership of your work and demonstrate responsibility and ownership in all tasks. Time management and prioritization are essential, as is your ability to interact with customers and collaborate in an intercultural environment. You are a team player who values knowledge sharing and innovation.
