Supply Chain Planner

Job description

The Position

Purpose
Collaborate with commercial team from anticipating customer demand of
product, balancing supply and demand to ensure business fulfill demand
commitment, further to mitigate supply chain risk and maintain optimal inventory and cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial team to consolidate market insight and customer demand into one consensus demand forecast.
• Delivery a replenishment plan in line with demand and inventory strategy
• Set an appropriate inventory level and manage local shelf life to ensure high service level
• Manage purchase order including order tracking and mitigate supply risk according to dynamic business situations
• Streamline and integrate end to end demand to supply planning to optimizeproduct to customer process
• Support to drive variable digital solution to enhance supply chain operation efficiency
• Maintain data integrity in the planning system and provide planning reporting

Qualifications (education/experience/knowledge/skills/competencies)
Bachelor Degree

• Minimum 3 years supply chain planning related experience in relevant industries (Pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food etc.)
• Experience about the end-to-end supply chain, including demand and supply
• planning, order mgmt., inventory mgmt. and supply risk mgmt.
• Able to work in a complex and dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize.
• Continuous improvement mindset and great problem solver.
• Experience in SAP ERP and SAP APO.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin spoken and written.
