The Position

Your Department and Team

The Project & Portfolio Excellence department within the Roche Diagnostics Global Customer Support (GCS) organization:

  • supports and strengthens GCS to help our key stakeholders in providing an outstanding customer experience

  • strives for simplicity and effectiveness in methodologies & processes

  • contributes to innovative service and enables GCS Management decisions through actionable insights 

A key activity in the Organizational Effectiveness Sub-Chapter is Service Launch/Phaseout Management: We ensure that the right information is delivered at the right time to the Service and Support functions in the regions & affiliates so that they are ready to support Roche Diagnostics products during Launch and/or Phaseout.

 

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You are supporting the Service Launch Manager in the daily activities, e.g: in gathering input from stakeholders and maintaining and improving the internal Service Launch/Phaseout information in various publication channels

  • You are collaborating within a matrix of diverse stakeholders from Customer Service & Support and Product Management across the globe

  • You are nurturing trustful relationships and effective collaboration with internal partners

  • You are participating in global cross-functional Service Launch meetings, and you are ensuring the working documents (e.g. minutes) are up-to-date

  • You are maintaining and improving a corresponding Google Site and Newsletter

 

Your Profile  

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master's degree program (or have graduated no longer than 12 months prior to the start date)  in the field of economics, natural sciences, technology or business informatics, or you are in a gap-year (max 1 year) between Bachelor and Master in these areas

  • You have already gained first experience in working in an international environment

  • You are comfortable interacting and communicating with stakeholders at different levels and being exposed to international audiences 

  • You are self-motivated in building, managing and fostering relationships and networks

  • You are self-organized, a quick learner and your systems thinking skills and solution oriented mindset enable you to “connect the dots”

  • You are experienced in Google suite and in visualizing/presenting stories 

  • Your English skills are excellent in oral and written communication

Location: Rotkreuz

Start date: Ideally from May 2024, latest by 1st of June for 12 months

Workload: 80%-100%
