You’ll be working within the Affiliate Enablement Team, the driving force which enables the UK business to operationalise strategy and tactics to give our patients and customers the best options available.

Purpose

Roche is seeking a Squad Enablement Partner on a fixed term contract (maternity cover) to support the activities of a therapy area (Squad), through project management, process and system support and day-to-day operational administration and coordination.

Your Profile

You are an enthusiastic, capable and self-driven professional with solid customer and stakeholder awareness, you should be capable of identifying unmet customer needs and developing effective and creative solutions to address those needs. We are looking for someone who is system-savvy and who can apply critical thinking and create collaborative relationships across the
organisation.

On occasions, you may be required to travel nationally to help manage field team driven events to ensure they run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• You will project manage multiple activities at any one time which meet objectives from conception to completion
• You will be accountable for the delivery of projects and initiatives which you initiate and to which you are aligned.
• You will drive excellence in operational projects; customer engagements and business processes across therapy areas
• You will demonstrate financial Acumen - managing and reporting on spend for aligned therapy area
• You will empower a drive towards appropriate organisation wide self-service supporting through training and enabling the right processes 
• You will work collaboratively and share expertise across the organisation to remove silos and duplication, ensuring efficient use of similar skill-sets, and to ultimately support common pursuit of our organisational ambitions
• You will align your personal purpose to the organisations focus of delivering better outcomes to more patients, faster
• You will act as a guardian for high standards of compliance, ethics and safety; putting patients at the centre of all actions by consistent business behaviour that complies with applicable laws, industry codes and Roche’s Code of Conduct
• You will own your development to ensure you are continually growing skills and capabilities in line with your passion and the needs of the Organisation (present and future)
• You will increasingly demonstrate the VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) roles, as you develop your personal skills and capabilities, to positively support colleagues
