We are looking for a passionate scientist with a strong customer orientation who will be part of the Belgian organization, working on a regional level (Nordic countries, Belgium, the Netherlands & Portugal)

Ideally you have 3-5 years of experience in process optimisation or consulting related to the world of health. Experience in the Digital industry is a plus. You are a true team worker with a passion in the healthcare sector.

You will enjoy our workplace flexibility; you can work from home, or at the customers, no need to come to our offices every day.

Your will report to Head of Consultancy and will team up with the staff in the sales, marketing and market access.

Key responsibilities:

·  Consulting for integration of the digital solution in the clinical processes will be a focus area
·  Empowers and give support to the relevant stakeholders for clinical adoption of the digital tools
·  Manage the transformation, workflow and people when introducing the digital solutions
·  Adopt and promote the continuous improvement culture
·  Facilitate the introduction of diagnostics and technological innovation by carrying out consulting projects, participating in consultative selling
·  Co create and develop projects of impact on health care processes to improve healthcare outcomes
·  Build strong customer relationships by bringing in your knowledge, positive mind set and influencing skills
