As a Quality Control Technician , will perform analyses of raw materials, packaging materials and bulk, intermediate and finished product from other sections of quality control, chemical manufacturing and manufacturing or performs investigations and disposes of returned complaint product according to established procedures to determine conformance to acceptance specifications for a particular chemical or physical property. You will perform a variety of tests to aid in maintenance and certification of test instruments and apparatus to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will prepare reagents, solutions, instruments and apparatus according to established procedures to support the testing activities of the unit. You will monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. You will be responsible for supporting customer complaint evaluations and event reporting obligations, including but not limited to: product investigations, disinfection, evaluation, preliminary failure analysis, and scrapping of returned products. You will assist with special projects will be performed as needed.

As a Quality Control Technician , you will have specialize knowledge generally of particular area, system or equipment. You will require specific training and/or certification. You will apply some advanced skills to the position or specialization. You will adapt procedures, processes, tools equipment and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position. Your duties will be generally routine but may include non-routine tasks. You will resolve most questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels. You will apply basic skills and may develop advanced skills appropriate for the position. Your duties and tasks will be standardized. You will resolve routine questions and problems and refers more complex and non-routine issues to higher levels. You will work under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish tasks.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

Requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree in technical or scientific field or equivalent experience
·  Specialized or advanced training in science, electronics or related field

Preferred:

·  1+ years related experience
