The Position
Affiliate: Roche Diagnostics Korea
Division: Core Lab & POC
Work Location: Seoul, South Korea
Your key responsibilities
Disease Area: Oncology (Liver & Lung)
1) Define and execute Strategic product marketing plans and perform daily product management tasks.
Develop and execute product marketing plans and plan of actions
Develop product key message and sales tools such as brochure, master presentations, advertising films and gimmicks
Lead the project involved in global or other business partners for sustainable future growth
Prepare new product launch and manage the product lifecycle from phase in to phase out.
Price management: distributor prices and delivery prices
Stock management such as forecast, ordering and allocation during bottleneck
Manage all regulatory and reimbursement tasks involved during phase in and out
Support quality issues with S&S and QA
Monitor and analyze sales performance monthly and yearly
Coordinate and conduct congress, product seminars and conferences
Update marketing activities reports regularly
2) Transform healthcare ecosystem and expand market size.
Conduct market survey
Deliver the medical & scientific value to the Lab Medicine & Clinicians
Regular visit for increasing market demands and awareness of clinical value of products
Build good relationship with KOL & congress
3) Collaborate with all stakeholders within/outside RDK
Coordinate training for sales, distributors and all relevant stakeholders
Cooperate with sales, S&S, CEM, Q&R & MA, MDS, finance etc. regularly
Liaise with regional and global colleagues
Cooperation with distributors and other business partners
4) Conduct business in fully compliance.
Well know about updated regulation and compliance information and share to my team
Meet compliance for all external activities
Who you are
1) above bachelor's degree
2) over 3 years experience in bioindustry
3) Fluent at MS and google office
4) Proficient written and verbal communication English
