50% time in pRED projects 1.Conduct process research, synthesis optimization and scale-up to support Minitox, DRF and EiGLP 2.Design, plan and perform scientific experiments/lab activities and interpret and summarize results, generate and evaluate data, draw relevant conclusions and write development reports 3.Report and present scientific/technical results internally and externally 4.Involve in scientific/technical activities and contribute to publications, presentations and patents 5.Manage pRED process research related outsourcing activities 6.Take the lead in CRO/CMO scouting, selecting and relationship maintaining 50% time in PTD projects 1.Monitor project progress of building block, intermediate and API manufacturing in CRO/CMO and provide technical expert support to assure high quality deliveries in a timely manner 2.Support the technology transfer of the projects from pCMC to PTDC 3.Act as a liaison between pRED and PTD and be the representative for PTDCAE managed projects in China 4.Involve relevant stakeholders (e.g. External Quality, LS) to ensure that relevant Roche processes are followed 5.Coordinate troubleshooting activities during manufacturing in close cooperation with PTDCAE 6.Proactively communicate key issues and any other critical topics in a clear and transparent manner to PTD, pCMC and/or to any other relevant function
