The Position

岗位属性：非推广性质

主要工作目标：协助大区负责人结合区域目标医院情况，通过对属地化行业政策的研判，制定区域相关策略以及项目设计与管理，整合多方资源共建区域准入生态系统，推动KA价值拓展，帮助业务目标达成。

岗位胜任力

具备3年以上KA工作经验；或3年及以上地区销售经理工作经验或区域项目管理经验；

全面掌握专业知识和办公技能，具备良好的英文沟通书写能力，会PPT制作

具备客户管理能力，能够分析区域信息，制定区域业务目标和工作计划能力，并能带领团队推动计划执行

具备项目管理能力，具有多项目和复杂项目的管理经验，能够资源优化配置，有序推动项目计划

具备区域管理能力，能进行区域策略制定，具有预见风险能力，并能提供长远发展建议和创新方案、流程优化和团队管理能力

具备较好的市场洞察力能力、团队合作、沟通能力、策略思维和计划能力

领导者胜任力

系统性思维、使命驱动、成长思维

职位要求：

本科相关工作经历；

一年以上医院准入经验或 3年以上销售管理工作经验或区域项目管理经验：
