Here's what we're looking for:

Working in multidisciplinary teams together with UX designers, developers and others, you will support and have the opportunity to manage the whole research process from research design and recruiting to conducting the research with real users via interviews, usability tests and more. You will also analyse the data to gain insights, which you will document and share with the team and product management as input for future product development.
We’d love to talk to you if you want to be part of our mission and our amazing team.
Essential skills for your mission:
Curiosity about user experience, health & safety, and technology.
Good knowledge of user-centred design practices and research methods
Passion for talking to people and understanding their needs and abilities
Attentive and empathic nature
Clear communication, time management and organisational skills
Fast learner, initiative, and a “can do” attitude
Team spirit and love to work in an open, iterative and collaborative way
Great written and verbal communication skills in English
You are either an EU citizen or hold a valid Austrian work permit
Bonus skills:
Background in social or cultural sciences, user research, user experience design, human-computer interaction, customer and market research, psychology, human factors / usability engineering, biomedical engineering, anthropology or other related field
Knowledge of any human factors / usability engineering guidelines for medical devices
Technical understanding and love for innovative apps
Knowledge of diabetes
Experience working in startup environments
What to expect:
Ambitious and passionate people building meaningful products for a global audience
An innovative agile working environment allowing for collaboration with really smart people and knowledge sharing in cross-functional teams
A growing organization with room for development
Not a corporate environment, but the leverage of a global market leader (Roche family)
Loads of benefits (brand new Apple hardware, fitness, public transport, lunch benefit, language classes...)
Flexible working hours and home office policy
A kick-ass office with a rooftop terrace, fully stocked kitchen and amazing barista coffee machines in the middle of Vienna… oh, and did we mention the best team in the world!
