Roche Diagnostics APAC is expanding its digital marketing & event management activities and is looking for someone to lead those initiatives. As a strong team player, you should be able to combine project management skills with creativity and strategic thinking keeping as your primary focus: customer experience & needs.
As the Multichannel Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with Product Managers to create multi-channel marketing plans to engage key customers (defining goals, action plan, calendar and KPIs) in alignment with business goals & objectives. You will execute, monitor and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, where events play a central role. You will also socialize campaign analysis and insights by clearly communicating key success factors as well as key learnings and by recommending new opportunities to regional team.
You will coordinate, with several APAC countries, in the implementation of multi-channel processes and continuously learn from best practices in other industries and other Roche organizations.

Who You Are

You possess a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication or equivalent, with minimum 3 years of experience Marketing. You have worked in a highly matrix multi-national organization, have exposure to and appreciation of different cultures in social or business context. You have proven track record in influencing and negotiating with different stakeholders. You are passionate about your work, resilient, able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
You are well-organized, can prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently to ensure timely completion. High proficiency in spoken and written English is a must. Experience in the Healthcare industry will be an advantage, especially in communication with healthcare professionals and public. Experience in email marketing, SEO, SEM or social media communication and knowledge of HTML and Google Analytics will be an advantage as well.
