As a Marketing Manager for Molecular Diagnostics Systems, you will be accountable for developing marketing strategies, tools and tactics to drive growth, profitability, and predictability for assigned market segments within our Microbiology Marketing Team in alignment with Roche Molecular Diagnostics plans and objectives. You will work with local departments and key stakeholders to initiate and drive marketing strategy, tactics, and campaigns to achieve growth goals and business plans. You will create messaging to equip sales to retain and win new customers. You will ensure success of your portfolio in the market including the development of all elements of the diagnostic market mix. You will lead the execution and development of marketing deliverables to create value and growth within your portfolio.
To be successful in this role, you will:
• Support and contribute to market quantification and customer segmentation, sales pathways process, and development/execution of pricing and distribution strategies as well as AOP (Annual Operating Plan) development and execution and budget tracking and monitoring.
• Develop innovative strategies and solutions to overcome price pressures and commodity market dynamics to differentiate the Roche Microbiology Automation portfolio
• Identifying and deliver tools to support product positioning and address customer needs
• Generate demand creation through promotional support materials
• Establish and lead key marketing initiatives such as congresses, trade shows, white papers, ad campaigns, and educational material including liaising with KOLs
• Support field sales teams including Roche Account Executives to meet customer needs and growth goals
• Work with Commercial Education to establish objectives of product education and sales programs to ensure maximum value to the Molecular Sales force effectiveness and efficiency.
• Create tools and resources for field sales to use to achieve strategic and financial objectives.
• Instill leadership through others by acting as a role model to drive impactful business solutions and positive change, encouraging, motivating and empowering others and helping others to achieve their sales goals.
Qualified candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis or be willing to relocate.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Have 3-5 years Commercial experience in In-vitro Diagnostics (IVD) with proven success influencing Key Opinion Leaders within this market. Sales and Marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to drive multiple projects with multiple priorities is essential; as is the ability to strategically think through complex opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated effectiveness leading in a team environment across multiple disciplines and functions, and with external partners.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Have the ability to travel in the continental US as dictated by business needs.
