We are offering an outstanding opportunity for a Medical Excellence Lead who will be part of the Marketing and Medical Excellence Chapter.
Your impact as a Medical Excellence Lead?
You establish medical affairs excellence to implement and perform best practice medical affairs activities and events at the affiliate level while establishing close interaction with our regional and global networks.
You provide strategic direction and leadership working across the Marketing and Medical Excellence Chapter as well as across the entire organization. You are a key contributor in the co-development and creation of new strategies to improve the healthcare landscape in Belgium.
You collaborate with Marketing and Market Access to engage with patient communities and lead strategic initiatives about patient journey and partnership, in order to increase access to innovations.
As a people leader, you actively promote, coach, inspire and stimulate personal development of talents in the team. You provide effective leadership and direction to the team, promoting transparency, active listening and understanding, speak-up culture and knowledge and information sharing.
You role model and foster an environment of growth mindset, allowing continuous improvement, transparency and simplification across the organization. You believe that each person deserves to be surrounded by great leaders that strive every day to lead by example, consistently demonstrating the values of Integrity, Courage and Passion.
Who you are
You have proven professional experience in the healthcare industry.
You enjoy working in cross-functional teams, you inspire to co-create solutions and co-owns the design and execution of the strategy; you enjoy a strong international network (within Roche preferably) expanding across Medical, Access and Marketing.
You have the ability to empower teams to act autonomously and hold them accountable; proven Leadership in Agile and/or Matrix organizations is a very strong asset.
You excel at inspiring others with the ability to translate strategy into action and keep accountability in delivering on our core business while shaping the future.
You are a strong communicator, capable of sharing a compelling vision to increase the awareness and adoption of IVDs and in particular high medical value markers.
