Medical Affairs Internship @ Roche Farmacêutica, Portugal

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a medical team and support the projects and daily medical activities of Roche locally and globally. Our internship will allow you to contribute to our North Star of “Delivering better outcomes for more patients faster”, as well as provide opportunities for personal and professional development, with possibility to learn and experience the agile ways of working beyond frontiers through networking in a global healthcare company.

Your role in this Medical Affairs Internship will be to support the Medical Affairs Team, and the tasks will vary and will cover several activities, including:

- Supporting external collaboration with Therapy Area Experts;

- Supporting Medical Affairs team in medical congresses/ advisory boards/ meetings organization; / Co-creating solutions with the healthcare system: organizing, selecting and inviting the speakers / other stakeholders;

- Contracts, agreements and other legal documents;

- Supporting networking activities internally and externally – within and across Roche affiliates.

Some projects you will have the opportunity to participate in:

- Launch of innovative drugs / new indications;

- Development and approval of promotional materials using Veeva Platform;

- Organization of Medical Education events, virtual and on-site;

- Personal development programs.

Requirements

-Degree in Medicine or Pharmaceutical Sciences (preferred) or degree in other areas of health/life sciences.

-Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in Portuguese and English;

-Excellent writing and verbal communications skills;

-Curiosity about digital productivity tools and ways of incorporating them into daily activities;

-Teamwork, interpersonal skills, desire to learn and work as an enabler for internal and external collaboration;

-Technical skills (MS Office, Google Suite, etc).
