We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions.

Your day to day responsibilities are:

As a Knowledge Management, Content and Channels Analyst - German speaking you support the Roche HR knowledge management (KM) processes at regional and local level.

Main focus areas include:

· 
Delivering and managing content management in line with Roche HR Support Solutions KM strategy

· 
Managing and executing local records management framework

· 
Being a single point of contact for regional Content Owners for creating/updating/archiving content in KM solution

· 
Educating RSS agents

· 
Information & knowledge sharing with the operations teams about new functionalities, processes and guidelines

· 
Representing RSS in the KM community

· 
Contributing to KM strategy definition, process and solutions design activities, including testing and change management

· 
Supporting the embedding of the new ways of working, actively participating in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

· 
Implementing processes and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement as well as service enhancement

· 
Behaving as role model to team members, showing positive and flexible attitude

· 
Developing and managing key stakeholder relationships in a proactive and customer outcomes focused way

· 
Building relationships with HR colleagues within the PSS organization as well as with customers to ensure ongoing service delivery effectiveness.

2-3+ years of related experience in the field of Knowledge and content management

Strong expertise in Knowledge and Content management and related IT solutions

· 
Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
