Roche Diagnostics Asia Pacific is looking for a Service Consulting Trainee to join the Service Consulting team. APAC Service & Support Excellence - the regional service & support hub and home to the latest technologies that enable us to be the world’s leading provider of clinical laboratory diagnostics equipment and solutions. 

As part of the Service consulting team, you will be working on the key activities that are planned to shape up the future of service consulting in the region through :

• designing and maintaining team g-site that will be the primary channel for service consulting

• designing communication templates that will be used for regular info-sessions within the APAC service community

• scheduling project review meetings and tracking project progress by keeping notes/minutes of the project meetings

Your profile: 

• Undergraduate or Degree in any or business-related field

• Ability to connect with people and work in a cross functional, culturally diverse environment

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Have an open mind towards the work scope and approach

• Highly responsive and well organised

• Internship experiences within healthcare or in a business consulting role or in a project management role will be preferred

• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Word / PowerPoint / Excel

• Preferably students who can commit for 12 months.
