The Opportunity:
International Marketing Manager – Marketing Automation is responsible for day to day administration and operation of the Roche Diabetes Care global marketing automation platform and programs. Provides education and support to leadership, internal marketing teams and business stakeholders who use these platform.Maintains internal processes, documentation, communication plans, and ensure adherence to guidelines and best practices. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.
· Responsible for effective project and/or product management to support global marketing's strategy and tactics. Includes providing direction to internal partners and/or external agencies, management of project timelines, project measurement, and tactical execution
· Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud ensuring affiliate access, education, utilization and support.
· Work with key stakeholders to build contextual transactional emails, leveraging valuable product data to give users key insights into their account, driving user engagement and understanding of the product, service or order
· Support affiliate marketing campaigns; test and analyze workflow; and identify tactics for improvement.
· Serve as strategic partner to affiliate marketing organizations, partnering to provide solutions that meet business objectives
· Operationalize marketing automation programs to support demand generation campaigns, nurture campaigns, retention, etc.
· Support affiliates in designing, implementing, and documenting automation processes for Marketing Cloud campaigns
· Facilitate tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements and ensure current email best practices in the industry are being followed
· Provide thought leadership demonstrating ideal use of marketing Automation and email best practices
Who you are:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· 5+ years of professional email and mobile experience; preferably in a global environment with an established track record of developing marketing automation campaigns
· Innovative, forward thinking marketer with the ability to demonstrate awareness of the latest email and mobile marketing trends.
· Understanding of campaign planning and content creation for demand generation across the buyer's journey.
· Salesforce Certifications preferred. Experience with Enterprise Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation with Journey Builder accepted in lieu of certification.
· Understanding of and experience working with tokenization and encryption.
· Knowledge of AMPscript, HTML for email, responsive design, CSS, and basic SQL coding.
· Demonstrated experience with Adobe Photoshop or other graphic design programs.
· Proficient utilizing MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Highly creative with a proven ability to develop and manage engaging and original content through different channels.
· Ability to collaborate and work under pressure in a fast-paced matrix organization.
· Excellent organization and project management skills, deadline, vendor/agency management, budget management.
· Possesses the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
