The Position
Roche Diagnostics created a new business area charged with building and commercializing a portfolio of integrated digital products, solutions and services along the care continuum, under the navify® brand.
This Marketing Traineeship role, will be part of the Marketing Chapter at Roche Information Solutions (RIS) and report to the Program Lead for navify® Algorithm Suite.

This is a newly created role within the Roche Information Solution business unit and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to craft the responsibilities within the role as experience and the role evolves.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Develop messaging: fornavify® Algorithm Suite and the navify® Algorithms, hence product value propositions, brochures, customer presentations, event material
Marketing Performance: Track and Report on marketing performance through standardized decks for social media campaigns, media outreach, event activation and regular website and email traffic.
Guide compliance processes: guide product marketing material approval processes for all new Product Marketing Material.
Internal communications: be the specialist on our navify® Algorithm Suite Marketing GSite to update and improve the existing marketing GSite for all affiliates and product team members.
Project Management: be the owner of weekly Product Management meetings using the AHA roadmaps management system and be responsible for shaping the AHA roadmap for navify® Algorithm Suite, guiding weekly sessions.
Targeted marketing: develop persona-based marketing messaging for selected navify® Algorithms.
Who you are
We are looking for a candidate with excellent English skills, who is motivated and committed to supporting and inspiring our team in further commercializing navify® Algorithm Suite. You are committed to supporting our activities both locally for the navify® Algorithms as well as commercialize them in the United States. Furthermore, you bring a strong passion for building and executing product messaging, targeting and running campaigns. In addition, you are able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Moreover, you:
Have a BsC. degree in Marketing
Bring strong preference for software solutions
Bring proficiency in the English language: reading, writing, and communication
Have a good understanding of both the European markets and the United States market
Have experience in data analysis and data processing for setting up targeting databases
Have a strong understanding of setting up a campaign, preferably on social media
Experience with SWOT and PESTLE analysis is an advantage
Have a general basic understanding of market research
