ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· 
Assists with the development and delivery of results-oriented congress & events; scope includes event strategy and management, agenda development and collaboration across multiple stakeholders, LCTs & BUs.Most programs will primarily consist of 1 - 2 LCT involvement.

· 
Reinforce comprehensive event operational standards, policies and procedures

· 
Maintains RMS Event Calendar in conjunction with internal comms support

· 
Leads all efforts regarding RMS customer visits

· 
Assists Global Marketing Events Coordinator with various administrative tasks

· 
Supports Sr. & Global Marketing Events Manager with components of larger, complex programs

· 
Assists Sr. Global Marketing Manager with compiling meeting notes/action items from monthly product comms meetings

· 
Assists Global Marketing Manager with compiling meeting notes/action items from bi-weekly Finance/Compliance meetings

· 
Assists COE Head with maintaining overall budget tracking/spreadsheet for all BUs

· 
Attends COE Head, Sr. & Global Marketing Events Manager planning meetings to gain a broader understanding of event management strategy, processes and alignment with company code of ethics and conduct

· 
Supports teams, suppliers and other contributors to exceptional levels of execution of all assigned deliverables and programs – on schedule and within budget

· 
Demonstrates success in managing and negotiating with third-party vendors.

· 
Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating costs and managing projects to completion

· 
Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives

· 
Provides pre- and post-marketing support to sales representatives in the US and global markets

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Formal Training/Education:

· 
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, public relations, event management, or science discipline, Business, Communication, Public Relations, Event Management, or related field preferred.

Experience:

· 
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience

· 
Experience in congresses and exhibitions

· 
Microsoft Suite experience : PPT, Word, Excel, etc. gG-suite, Cvent, CrowdCompass a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· 
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· 
Problem-solving attitude and diplomacy

· 
Ability to interface with multiple stakeholders and manage change and ambiguity

Excellent at maintaining clear congress files following methodology in place

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for the development of marketing strategies and tactics, product analysis and project management

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Travel Requirement: Approximately25-40%of time travel domestic and/or international, some weekends included.
