Would you like to become a part of this? Global Access (GA) is seeking a Global HTA Evidence Team Manager to join the HTA Evidence group within the Access Center of Excellence. You will be reporting to the Head of Global HTA Evidence and manage a group (up to 7) of Global HTA Evidence Leads.
As the Global HTA Evidence Team Enabler you will engage with the global organization (commercial and development) and local market access representatives to develop the HTA Evidence strategies that will be applied to supporting decisions which determine access to Roche's innovative offerings. As individual contributor, this role requires the design and implementation of HTA evidentiary strategies, decision analytical models, ability to lead/conduct the development of network meta-analyses and/or the analysis of clinical trial data and/or the application or development of new methodologies supporting the HTA evidence package.
Your responsibilities include:
· Work with the other managers across Global Access to address allocation of the group's resources contributing to product-specific and above brand activities
· You will contribute to broader strategic direction by ensuring the evidence package developed by the team continues to evolve with HTA and payer requirements
· Ensure direct reports have sufficient support and resources to deliver on their immediate projects by providing strategic guidance and technical direction on the projects of their immediate reports. You will also be responsible for ensuring the evidentiary rigour and methodological standards of the team's contributions are applied robustly and consistently
· Providing actionable development plans be developed and maintained for each of the direct reports within their responsibility
· Work collaboratively, across other functional specialties with colleagues within the Global Access department (Access Strategy & Evidence Leaders, Pricing, Policy and Insights), Global Product Strategy and the Pharma Development organization to develop HTA evidence suitable to the needs and requirements of reimbursement decisions
· Support affiliates in their reimbursement application process
· Enabling, leading, managing, and developing through expert guidance and development of team members across the HTA evidence function
· Aligning, motivating and inspiring the team to work in accordance with broader Pharma, GPS and Global Access strategies and goals

What else should you have in your toolbox?
· MSc, MPhil, PhD in health economics, epidemiology, statistics or a related field
· Expertise in developing and evaluating decision analytical models and/or conducting evidence synthesis for payer reimbursement applications, and/or the ability to analyse and interpret clinical trial or real-world data
· Solid understanding of affiliate pricing & reimbursement requirements to influence registrational trial design.
· Good communication and organizational skills, experience with people management
· Expertise in MS Excel (with VBA) and R, SAS or other relevant statistical software is preferred
· Great teammate as you will work in multicultural and cross- functional teams
· Fluency in English both oral and written
The position is full time and based in Basel, Switzerland or San Francisco, USA
