GPS (Global Product Strategy) drives the business strategy at Roche from research to commercialization. GPS collaborates closely with teams across the organization to bring new therapies to the market and maximize the launched product portfolio. Strategic Insights & Analysis (SI&A) provides strategic direction for GPS by making holistic insights-based recommendations (commercial, access and medical) that help enable market success of Roche products.

In this global, two-year rotational program, you will have the opportunity to:

·  Work on projects including conducting market research, long-term sales forecasting, analysis of secondary market research and competitive intelligence.
·  Provide strategic Input on Specific projects/ Key questions.
·  Be the cross fertilizer by sharing learnings from experiences with other Brands and Therapy areas..
·  Provide impartial and independent analysis to address different business needs.
·  Lead business case development with stakeholders.

About the program:

·  This is a two-year temporary assignment. This rotational program designed to develop you toward being a strong candidate for a role in SI&A.
·  The rotations depend on the pool of projects that match the strength and development areas of the associate and are aimed to both deepen and broaden the knowledge base of the associate.
·  You will report directly to a various leaders within SI&A who will provide coaching, guidance and conduct regular reviews & development discussions.

In order to be successful in this role, you have:

·  First degree in science or business (or equivalent)
·  Numeracy & analytical capability
·  Prior work experience (2-4) years in a relevant role.
·  Fluency in English is mandatory; an additional European language is an advantage.
·  Ability to influence without authority.
·  Ability to collaborate across boundaries, recognize complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
·  Confidence to challenge the opinion of others and bring forth your point of view
·  You are proactive and able to manage multiple projects to deadlines
