About the Global Digital Hub:
The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.
About the position:
As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub long term outcomes and strategy as well as excellent delivery of priorities related to content. You are responsible for supporting Roche disease area teams in translating their brand strategy into content. In addition, you work with relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective deployment of resources and tools to support and ensure that all content related activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the business needs. This position has a global scope.
Your day to day responsibilities are:
Collaborate closely with disease area teams to understand their business strategy and ensure it is pulled through the full content supply chain in line with the Content Strategy process
Guide the development of customer engagement goals, the clear articulation of the problem we are trying to solve, and customer-centric content planning and execution that would help solve it
Work hand-in-hand with Global Omnichannel Strategy Leads, insights leads, data analytics experts and others to ensure content strategy fits into an end-to-end omnichannel plan that is connected to all the right resources
Conduct an audit of existing content to identify needs and gaps, and identify opportunities to repurpose existing content via new channels and formats
Act as a catalyst of cross-functional integration (e.g. commercial, medical, corporate comms, etc.) and global-affiliate co-creation in the development of content strategy and tactical plans
Educate disease area teams on the value of content strategy and compelling customer-centric content with best-practice examples
Support teams in developing a content performance KPIs and A/B tests to understand how content performs and help maintain a repository of content best practices and content preferences by customer type
Contribute to an environment that supports creativity, curiosity, experimentation and customer-centricity
Possible involvement in cross-functional initiatives, maintaining a global perspective even when supporting departmental efforts
Make recommendations to improve service and responsiveness to business partners. Understanding the business partner’s preferences, identifying the unmet needs, suggesting new digital tactics and opportunities for the business partner to reach program goals
Business Process Management: As a center of excellence, establish process governance principles and maintain proper documentation within the scope of responsibility

You are a proactive, innovative problem-solver with a focus on sustainable and scalable solutions. You are passionate about personal growth and learning, constantly focusing on improvement of our customers’ experience. Furthermore, you have:
Bsc/Msc degree
3–5 years of digital marketing experience and significant experience creating and editing content – creative agency experience a plus
Experience working in life sciences or healthcare, or a life sciences/healthcare degree
Acumen of how to develop digital content that resonates with different customer types within specific channels (e.g. email, paid media, congresses)
Ability to quickly gain a working knowledge of a disease area, the competitive landscape, key messaging and the marketing challenges for a given brand/molecule
Strong strategic collaboration skills: superior planning, process and influencing skills; experience developing and running workshops a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills to implement the new Content Strategy process and facilitate alignment among cross-functional and global/local teams
Passionate about customer-centric content and apply this mindset to everything you do
Act from a whole-system, enterprise perspective and understand the big picture
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential. Outstanding customer service and interpersonal and presentation skills
Detail oriented, well organized and efficient with time management
Ability to work under pressure, manage complex issues & work independently
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate international team engagement
