Job Summary:

Works as Roche Diagnostics Saudi Arabia key interface with clinicians, promoting Roche Diagnostics high medical value products. Responsible for the development and implementation of clinician promotion tactics and action plan. Responsible to tailor messages for clinicians and develop tools for delivering these messages aiming to effectively leverage their understanding of the value of Roche Diagnostics solutions.

• Product and market knowledge

o Ensure outstanding personal knowledge and understanding of priority products, technical information, product strategy, positioning, key messages and promotional tools.

o To be highly knowledgeable and up-to-date on disease state information, the competition, sales skills and current market trends

o Build / develop market knowledge on clinician practices, needs and trends relevant for defined products.

o To build and maintain good will with the medical community, managed care organizations, state Medicaid officials, hospitals and other health centers so as to gain maximum understanding and acceptance of company products and policies.

o Monitor and report to the SWA Product Manager on activities of our competitors including new competitor products, communication strategies, etc.

• Product and market knowledge

o Monitor and report to the SWA Product Manager on activities of our competitors including new competitor products, communication strategies, etc.

• Effective promotion to clinicians

o Present and inform the clinicians and relevant stakeholders about the defined products, according to campaign briefs and on label intended use, in order to obtain and maximize prescriptions.

o Achieve agreed visits, contact, coverage and frequency targets (quantity & Quality) through face to face and meetings and deliver agreed customer centric activities within operating budget.

o Maintains and generates new business to leverage demand for products in assigned accounts / segments, through increasing the awareness and use of defined products among potential customers.

o Build up and maintain a relationship with main KOLs within assigned accounts / segments.

o Provide reliable information on defined products and its value for medical/ paramedical contacts in areas that interest or affect them in their regular practice, according to current cycle detailing objectives and materials.

• Interdepartmental collaboration

o Effective communication with colleagues and relevant members of other teams, coordinate activities in order to understand, maximize and drive Roche Diagnostics Saudi Arabia objectives.

o Participate in the organization and running of on Product Knowledge for defined products, becoming a reference advisor on these topics.

o Shares success stories and key learnings with local and regional colleagues.

• Reporting, data maintenance and transparency

o Identify and maintain relevant information on all contacts in assigned accounts / segments, including classification on interest and importance, and influence.

o Maintain a watching brief on developments within assigned accounts / segments, customers, market, etc.

o Maintain proper records and registers of all correspondence and actions undertaken in daily activities in Roche CRM platform (REXIS) or alternative tools defined

o All reports (technical, expenses, etc.) are completed legibly and accurately on the appropriate forms and submitted in accordance with established company policy.

• Ensure that all relevant Company Policies and Procedures are understood and adhered to

• Maintain individual skills and technical knowledge to Company standards in conjunction with Line Management and/or colleagues initiate and act upon a personal development plan

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in a similar position

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent

Preferred

• Local and regional acquaintances

• Master's degree in marketing, business or equivalent is required
