Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming queries with precision and efficiency
- Validate and process various types of invoices and payments
- Conduct thorough reviews and reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Prepare detailed reports and assist with month-end activities
- Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Actively participate in compliance audits and process improvement initiatives
- Support system integration and testing as needed
- Contribute to the verification of critical data
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and legal requirements
- Address queries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency required
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
- No prior work experience is necessary
- Available for a minimum of six months for internship
