Job Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming queries with precision and efficiency
• Validate and process various types of invoices and payments
• Conduct thorough reviews and reconciliation of supplier accounts
• Prepare detailed reports and assist with month-end activities
• Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Actively participate in compliance audits and process improvement initiatives
• Support system integration and testing as needed
• Contribute to the verification of critical data

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and legal requirements
• Address queries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency required
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems preferred
• No prior work experience is necessary
• Available for a minimum of six months for internship
