The Position
Department Summary
Core Lab Marketing is a place for passionate individuals who are determined to make an impact for patients, customers and for the organization. We aspire to deliver better health outcomes for all patients by providing comprehensive solutions to Core Laboratories within various types of healthcare settings. The Core Lab team excels at the identification, commercialization and the full end-to-end management of analyzer, reagent, and digital solutions that enable our customers to deliver on their overarching priorities, including improving patient outcomes. We collaborate across numerous functions to ensure goals are aligned and we are all working towards improving healthcare.
We are seeking a Core Lab marketing intern who is looking to grow in their marketing expertise, has an interest in diagnostics marketing, and who is inspired by our vision to improve patient outcomes.
This internship position is located in Indianapolis, on site
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate within one or multiple teams in Core Lab marketing to lead a marketing project focused on improving patient outcomes.
Build relationships across functions to co-create and execute strategies and tactics.
Connect with other Core Lab and cross-franchise marketing interns to develop your skills and grow in your career.
Project-related responsibilities and goals will be set at the beginning of the internship.
Program Highlights
Intensive 12 week full time (40 hours per week) paid internship.
Program start dates are in May/June (Summer)
A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship.
Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.
Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.
Who You Are
- Must be enrolled in a degree program at a college/university or within 1-year of graduation from previous degree
- Preferred majors: Marketing or related business or scientific field
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in Marketing or similar commercial fields
Willingness to learn and try new things
