Key Responsibilities:
OPERATIONS:
- Inventory & Logistics Management:
- Monitor weekly stock positions per reference.
- Provide monthly recommendations to the Brand Director for replenishment based on current stock levels and product rotation.
- Coordinate effectively with all relevant Richemont departments involved in logistics to ensure proper support for the brand's operational needs.
- Administrative & Operational Support:
- Perform comprehensive administrative duties and manage back-office functions efficiently.
- Process all transactions, including sales, invoicing, returns, customer service (CS) requests, and purchase orders to HQ.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and procedures in daily operations.
COMMERCIAL & PARTNER MANAGEMENT:
- Sales Performance Monitoring & Strategy:
- Monitor weekly and monthly sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze business data thoroughly to inform and refine sales strategies.
- Provide insightful recommendations to the Brand Director based on past and current data, as well as prevailing business trends.
- Collaborate with the Brand Director to plan and review weekly, monthly, and yearly sales estimates for all channels.
- Partner Relationship & Support:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all partners' inquiries, providing timely and comprehensive support.
- Conduct regular partners visits (POS visits) to build strong relationships, assess market conditions, and ensure brand standards are met.
- Organize and deliver effective partners trainings to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand understanding.
- Retail & Network Management:
- Maintain and update Partner Retail KPIs (e.g., Booster data and relevant CRM information).
- Keep the Network file up to date, accurately reflecting business evolution and any POS openings or closings.
- Support the execution of yearly strategic plans and contribute to the development of 3-year plans.
- Assist the Brand Director with sales calls, customer meetings, and sales forecasting activities.
- Support the Brand Director in managing sales documentation, orders, and inventory processes.
- Oversee Visual Merchandising (VM) control, identify needs, and ensure proper implementation across the distribution network.
