Reporting to our Managing Director and working closely with the International Director, your role as Marketing Director will be crucial in the successful expansion of Watchfinder. Your initial task will be to lead and coordinate our marketing strategy and activations to build best-in-class marketing capabilities for our global expansion.
In addition, you will work closely with other members of the Company’s senior team such as our Finance Director, and Heads of Retail & Operations, Creative and IT departments. The current Marketing functions are currently performed by a highly efficient and result-focused team focused on creative direction, web content, PPC, Display, SEO, Social media and PR.
You will be…
- A hands-on senior marketing director
- With international experience (ideally within EU, Asia, USA)
- Data driven, curious to find out the ‘Why?’ and ‘How?’ of a growing business
- Entrepreneurial, proven track-record in leading marketing strategy and execution
- Able to navigate through ambiguity by setting standards and best practices
- A confident networker, who can influence and negotiate
How will the role excite you…
- Development of the company’s overall marketing strategy, in line with the Company’s Vision and Strategic Plan
- Successful multi-channel execution of the Company’s marketing strategy in new markets, in close collaboration with local teams
- Budget management and a clear focus on performance of the marketing budget vs Company KPIs including sales & purchasing conversion rates, as well as brand awareness/relevance.
