Working closely to the Marketing Manager, the VIE will be part of Cartier Parfumes Middle East 360 strategies. Being the coordinator of the region and mainly responsible of the Marketing animations in the POS, the VIE will be also in charge of the Trainings strategy and will be challenged on the Digital strategy.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

OPERATIONAL MARKETING

·  Follow-up the domestic and TR promo plan bookings with the Sales teams
·  Follow up and set-up of animations for clients (podiums, windows, end of gondolas, …)
·  Develop the outside partnership (sampling and collaboration operations)
·  Marketing plan follow-up

 

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

·  Follow up of merchandising guidelines and planograms per retailer
·  Follow up, development and implementation of material for all CAPEX projects
·  Personalization of our POS according to every launch product 
·  2 days on the field (VM merch follow up, control, competition…) per month

 

TRAINING

·  Development and adaptation of supporting training material
·  Organization and animation of training events all over the region (local market, TR, boutiques)
·  Development of technical training tools
·  Monitoring of the platform e – learning (followthepanther)

 

E-PARTNER & DIGITAL

·  Audit and evaluation of retailer websites
·  Implementation and follow up of guidelines
·  Creation of digital activations and strategies
·  Follow-up of the e-shops
·  Creation of digital packages
·  Ensure the visibility of the Maison de Parfums on e-retailers' social platforms
·  Follow-up of the www.cartier.ae and www.cartier.sa

 
ANALYSIS 

·  New launches 360 plans
·  Monthly reports
·  Activations
·  Benchmark
·  Participation and strong input to the preparation of the Strategic Plan

 

JOB PROFILE

·  Relevant University Diploma in Marketing
·  A working experience in Operational Marketing for a luxury brand is desirable
·  Experience and sensibility in the Perfumes industry
·  Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel
·  English fluent (written and spoken)
·  Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
·  Autonomous, team spirit, optimistic
·  Attention to details

 

ELIGIBILITY TO THE  VIE PROGRAM

·  Candidates between 18 and 28 years old
·  Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (EAA), who have fulfilled their national service obligations
