Buccellati is a renowned Italian high-jewellery Maison founded in 1919, admired for its craftmanship and the uniqueness of its creations. Today, the Buccellati jewels stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving technique, dating back to the ancient goldsmithing traditions of the Italian “bottega” during the Renaissance times.

 

Buccellati has been part of the Global Luxury Group Richemont since September 2019, but the Buccellati family is still present in the Company with top level managerial functions.

Buccellati boutiques are present in the most important cities and in the most prestigious Malls of the world.

 

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, dynamic people to join our APAC regional team in Hong Kong !

 

 

Your mission :

 

The Regional Operations Executive is responsible for optimizing retail boutique operations and providing comprehensive support for merchandise and After Sales Service (AFSS) activities. You are highly organized and detail-oriented with proven proficiency in SAP and related systems. You will ensure seamless operations, efficient inventory management, and exceptional support to both retail and wholesale channels.

 

 

Key  Responsibilities :

 

·  Retail Efficiency & Boutique Management:
· 
·  Monitor and analyze daily sales data, ensuring accuracy across S4 and B-one systems.
·  Manage daily deposits, reconciling entries with finance records.
·  Consolidate APAC sales data and traffic summaries for comprehensive reporting.
·  Oversee procurement of display & props materials, packaging, and boutique supplies, managing vendor relationships and SAP transactions.
·  Ensure optimal functionality of digital warranty applications, escalating issues as needed.
·  Merchandise Support:
·  Process SAP purchase orders for retail and wholesale channels in HK, MO, and TW. Follow up delay PO with Italy team.
·  Manage display & props orders for wholesale clients.
·  Oversee goods receipt and return processes, ensuring accurate inventory management in SAP.
·  Generate monthly wholesale sales reports, analyzing sell-out data.
·  After Sales Service (AFSS) Support:
·  Manage Service Notifications (SN) and Proforma Invoice (PF) for retail and wholesale repairs, coordinating with repair centers.
·  Ad-Hoc Responsibilities:
·  Support event product book management and new store opening activities.

 

 

 

Job profile :

·  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
·  2 to 5 years of previous experience in retail operations, supply chain or related area in luxury retail.
·  Proficiency in SAP S4, MS Office, Inventory Management
·  Detail-Oriented, strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
·  Fluent in English, Cantonese and Chinese would be a plus
