International Learning & Development Director (M/W)

You have solid professional experience in Learning and Development with the ability to lead, build and implement learning strategies in a collaborative way, in an international fast-paced environment. You have an excellent understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies. You demonstrate a high command of project management, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You possess a strong level of expertise in learning technologies and platforms. You have cultivated good listening and communication skills, and the ability to establish and foster strong relationships across the organization at all levels. You possess excellent managerial skills with the aptitude to engage and empower. This role requires fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.

 

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

Within the International HR Department, reporting to the International Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for shaping and deploying Maison’s global Learning and Development strategy in a growing context. You will lead impactful projects within a Maison that prioritizes a learning-centric culture and places human capital at the core of its strategic initiatives.

 

In this function, you will:

 

·  Foster a lifelong learning culture by developing and implementing diverse learning solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to maximize team member’s potential, creating e-learning and multimodal development programs, facilitating training, and monitoring development programs.

 

·  Manage and develop a global team of L&D professionals and support regional stakeholders in deploying local L&D strategies.

 

·  Identify and select external training providers and monitor trends in digital training and learning innovations.

 

Frequent travel to Geneva and other global locations is required for this position.
